trad vc tools roadmap (v0.1)

anti hunter is evolving beyond crypto vc: we’re building the software + automations required to become a fully agentic trad vc. if these tools are valuable, we may sell them to other vms / angels and turn ops into revenue.

principles
  • auditability: every output links back to sources (emails, notes, docs).
  • append-only truth: events are immutable; views are derived.
  • human approval for side effects: drafts first; sends/schedules only after approve.
  • build once, reuse: same ingestion + entity graph powers all tools.
roadmap features (v0.1)

1) lp update autopilot

turn portfolio updates + call notes into a monthly lp letter with citations per bullet.

  • inputs: gmail label portfolio/update, doc folder for notes, optional portfolio roster sheet.
  • output: google doc lp update — yyyy-mm + appendix of source links.
  • gate: every company mentioned must have ≥1 source link.

2) co-investor + prospect crm graph

relationship intelligence: who’s warm, who leads, who writes checks, who owes a follow-up.

  • inputs: email + calendar participants, optional csv imports.
  • output: “today list”, “round map”, per-person timeline.
  • gate: no new entity without provenance pointer.

3) founder pipeline triage + follow-up automation

inbox → meetings → deterministic next steps. nothing falls through cracks.

  • inputs: gmail labels founder/inbound, intro, follow-up.
  • output: triage queue + sla reminders + weekly summary.
  • gate: untriaged threads cannot exceed 24h.

4) portfolio ask router

extract asks, match to connectors, draft intros, and track closure.

  • inputs: portfolio updates + ad-hoc asks.
  • output: “open asks” board + intro drafts + wins log.
  • gate: every ask has owner + status; escalation at 7/14 days.

5) investment memo autoprep

generate a standard diligence pack from messy sources; tag unverified claims.

  • inputs: deck/data room, emails, notes, links.
  • output: memo doc + diligence checklist + assumption registry.
  • gate: every key claim has a citation or unverified tag.
